| My uncle got this bike 1993 I found just the time to look into the engine and the gearbox, where horrible things had happened while the bike was "restored" somewhere in Hungary: screws are fixed by glue only, the crankshaft-box is cracky, and most gearwheels have no cogs anymore... special thanks to Mr. P. Been (from the Ardie-Import Company of Holland in the 1940's): in Spring 2003 he was ringing at my door surprisingly, with a complete gearwheel-set and some other parts in his hands! ("playing Santa Claus") - MANY THANKS! Finally I have found a RBZ 100/3 gearbox in useable condition, so I can start the restoration project I am still searching for some small parts (tail light, chain box) - if you know something about, please let me know it. |
